Payment Policy
Payment by credit card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We do not accept payment by check or money order
Deposit Policy
One night deposit is due at the time of confirming your reservation. The balance, including all taxes and activities is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit first night deposit. Within 30 days of arrival, subject to minimum 1 night penalty to maximum full forfeiture. Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant will make every effort to rebook the unit and will refund the guest every night that is resold with exception to the first night’s deposit.
Minimum Age Requirement
On behalf of owner’s, RVMT requires that guests be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent and provide a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in.
Security Deposit Policy
A signed pre-authorization on valid credit card is required at check-in . Personal checks are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be voided 8 days after arrival date, provided there are no long distance telephone charges, damage, missing inventory or excessive cleaning required on departure. Security deposit between
$500 and $2000 depending on property.
Rates/Taxes
All rates are quoted in Canadian currency per property per night. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests are charged $10.00 per person per night. Rates and exchange are subject to change. Taxes - 5% Goods and Services Tax + 7.5% Quebec Sales Tax. Some properties are subject to a 3% royalty tax or $2.00 per night hotel tax.

Smoking
All units are non smoking. Possible penalty of 100 $ + cleaning fees.
Baby Equipment Rental
Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant can organize baby equipment rental for you. The equipment is delivered directly to your unit before your arrival.
Check-in / Check-out
All guests staying with Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant must register and collect keys on arrival and drop off keys on departure at the check-in office located at:
- 10 Chemin de Brébeuf, Mont-Tremblant (St. Jovite)
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM
- CHECK OUT time is 10:00 AM

From Montreal:
- Follow Autoroute 15 north (Laurentian autoroute) all the way to Ste-Agathe. (NOTE : at St-Jérôme there is a major exit for the 117, DO NOT EXIT, continue on the 15 north to the left).
- At Ste-Agathe the 15 north becomes the 117 north; continue on the #117 north to Mont-Tremblant. You will come to an intersection with traffic lights and a “Shell Gas Station” on your right, you are close!
- Continue north on the 117 and take EXIT #117. At the lights turn to your right and just before the stop sign look to your left and you will see Rendez-Vous Mont Tremblant.
- Approx. 1 ½ hours
From Pierre E Trudeau (Dorval) International Airport
- From the Airport take highway 520 east (Cote-de-Liesse) until you get to
highway #13 north.
- From the #13 north exit for highway 640 east. Stay to your right and after about 2 minutes you will take the exit for highway #15 north, direction St-Jerome.
- Follow Autoroute 15 north (Laurentian autoroute) all the way to Ste-Agathe. (NOTE : at St-Jérôme there is a major exit for the 117, DO NOT EXIT, continue on the #15 north to the left ).

From Ottawa
- Take autoroute 50 east.
- Get onto the 148 east to Montebello.
- Take the 323 north to Mont-Tremblant (Saint-Jovite sector).
- At the end of route 323 you will pass under the overpass for the 117 (go through 2 sets of lights) and you will find our office on your left at the stop sign.
- Approx. 2 hours
From Toronto
- Take highway 401 east which becomes the 20 east in Quebec.
- Just before arriving in Montreal take highway 13 north (Follow signs for Mirabel airport) to autoroute 640 east.
- Take the 640 east to highway 15 north.
- Follow Autoroute 15 north (Laurentian autoroute) all the way to Ste-Agathe. (NOTE : at St-Jérôme there is a major exit for the 117, DO NOT EXIT, continue on the #15 north to the left).

- Take the highway 87 north.
- At the border this highway becomes the 15 north.
- Take Autoroute 15 north (Laurentian autoroute) all the way to Ste-Agathe.

- At Ste-Agathe the 15 north becomes the 117 north; continue on the #117 north to Mont-Tremblant. You will come to an intersection with traffic lights and a “Shell Gas Station” on your right, you are close!

- Take highway 93 north, then the 89 north to U.S./Canada border.
- Follow route 133 north to the 10 West towards Montreal.
- Follow signs to route 15 north.

Housekeeping
All condos and homes are supplied with towels, linens, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher soap, dish soap, salt, pepper and sugar. Kitchens are fully equipped and are to be maintained by the guests. Extra housekeeping charges may apply if a unit is left in an excessively messy state. Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant will provide a mid-week clean for any stay that is 7 nights or longer. Mid-week clean includes changing all linens and towels, vacuum and removal of garbage. Full clean and laundry is provided at checkout. Daily housekeeping available by request for a nominal fee.
Customer Discretion
A reservation is for a specified number of guests. Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant requires prior notification of any increase in the size of your party, which is not to exceed the maximum set by the owner. Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer.
Limit of Liability
Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant acts a rental manager for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant reserves the right to transfer guests to an equivalent property at its discretion, if the one reserved becomes unavailable. Rendez-Vous Mont Tremblant cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of electricity, telephone, water or cable service, common area hot tub / pool or any other unforeseen situation outside of
Rendez Vous Mont Tremblant’s control.
