To assist in planning your upcoming trip please note that we will provide a starter kit for your condo. These items include: 1 tissue box, 1 garbage bag, 3 toilet paper rolls, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 shower gel, 1 moisturizing cream et 2 soap bars in the bathrooms. Also included is 1 towel and 1 facecloth per person, calculated according to the maximum number of guests permitted in the unit. You also have an extra towel placed in the bathroom to use as a bath mat. In the kitchen you will find 1 roll of paper towel, 4 black garbage bags, 1 bottle of dish soap, 4 dishwasher tabs, 1 sponge, 1 decaffeinated coffee bag, 1 regular coffee bag, a few coffee filters, 2 green tea packs, 2 packs of English Breakfast tea and a few bags of salt, pepper and sugar. Two ecological logs are provided from mid-October to mid-May as well as 4 \*Tide Pods\*. Please note that these items will not be replenished and is your responsibility to bring what you will need for the duration of your stay. ### How can I book tickets for ski, golf or other activities? Our 24/7 reception is located at: 6385 Montée Ryan, Mont-Tremblant, QC J8E 1S5 ### What are the arrival and departure times? Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. For the [properties](https://www.rvmt.com/en/accommodations/) located at Mont-Tremblant Resort there is  free shuttle service available. Hours of service vary depending on the time of year and the demand. The shuttle service is not available for the [Rocher Soleil](https://www.rvmt.com/en/accommodations/le-rocher-soleil-Mont-Tremblant/) and [Altitude](https://www.rvmt.com/en/accommodations/altitude-mont-tremblant/) complexes, as they are within a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian village. ### Do condos have televisions, DVD players, CD players, iPod docking stations? All [condos](https://www.rvmt.com/en/accommodations/) offer TV, DVD player and CD stereo. Open from 8 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week ### What banks are operating in the area? **Bank of Montreal:** 845 Rue de St-Jovite, Mt-Tremblant. Open from 10 am to 17 pm Mon-Tue-Wed, 10 am to 20 pm Thursday and 10 a.m. 4 p.m. Friday. **RBC Royal Bank:** 759 Rue De Saint-Jovite, Mont-Tremblant. Open from 9: 30 to 5 p.m. Mon-Tues & Wed and from 9: 30 to 6 pm Thursday. No counter service. **National Bank:** 1104 rue de Saint-Jovite, Mont-Tremblant. Open from 9 am-4 pm Mon-Tues-Wed-Fri and 9 am to 8 pm Thursday. ### Where is the nearest hospital? There are 2 hospitals in the area and both are approximately 30 minutes from the resort. There are at least one, and sometimes two free reserved parking spots per [condo](https://www.rvmt.com/en/accommodations/). There are some [complexes](https://www.rvmt.com/en/accommodations/) that also offer free visitors parking - on a "first come, first served" basis. For the [complexes](https://www.rvmt.com/en/accommodations/) that do not offer visitors parking, or if you have more than the allotted number of cars, you can use the main parking lot at the south base of Mont-Tremblant. Parking at the base may be free, or there could be a charge, depending on the time of year. ### Are there restaurants at the resort?
