Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us Lynn. When the air conditioner was reported to us that it was non functional we had sent over specialists who got it working again the very next day. We have since corrected the unexpected change of the bedding in this unit. The key that was issued to you was found to be working and therefore appears to be user error. Had we known more about the pots and pans we would have sent our cleaning department to address everything for you. We have been in correspondence with you with regards to compensation as well and it was issued in quite a fair amount. We are saddened to read this review, even with all of our best efforts it still did not meet your expectations.
