I've stayed at the L'Equinoxe property multiple times when skiing at Mont Temblant and the units are starting to show their age and are in need of a facelift. The convection fan in the oven, the dishwasher, the washing machine were all very noisy when in use. The bed was missing several slats and the mattress was hard and dipped at the edges. The carpet had burn marks and the bathtub was pitted. Also the kitchen was missing some key staples, like a can opener and a milk bag holder. And units should be supplied with dishwasher detergent, toilet paper and other staples based on the length of the stay - reducing those to 3 per stay discourages long term renters.

An amazing place to stay... so clean with stunning view to the lake. Sure ill come back one day

Sunstar Tremblant manages this location. Even though the check-in process was at a different location, it was very organized and clear. They also provided some tips. I am not sure as far the gentleman's name that checked us in, but he was very professional and made sure we knew all the ins and outs. Will stay again when the time comes.
